It’s good to know you could get your DuMont television serviced locally in the 1950s. I’m not sure if Kegley’s was in the same building as the current US Bank or if the building was replaced.
I’m not sure what “Rt, 1” was in the 1950s, but I wonder if “Jack’s Place” might be at the location of the Red Carpet on the west end of town.

Kegley’s Began selling motorcyles in the sixties, Pretty sure the building was demolished for the bank. My folks had the Metal Kitchenaid cabinets in their house, still there and looking good ! I remember going to Jacks once or twice in the fifties with my folks, don’t remember it being as far out as the Red Carpet, but I could be wrong.

Jack’s also looks like the spot where the powersports dealership is today, and it has a dirt road right next to it where the paved one is now.
