As an old lady, I say that looks so much better for the mind than tapping on a cell phone.

L.E. agreed but back in that day I can still hear my mother…."out side and enjoy some fresh air"…… and today with robot assisted surgery, the hand-eye coordination that is learned from some of that "tapping" comes in handy.
