I think I forgot to post a “back to school” image this year, so here’s a nice one.  This postcard shows the first class at the 1910 Barrett School on Barrett Road.  There was an earlier wooden school building at this site, but this brick building was a big improvement.  Unfortunately we don’t have the names of these budding scholars.
