I can’t resist a mystery car image. I know this sporty new roadster is not a Ford, but I don’t know what it is. My only clue is one of the hubcaps has an “H” on it. This scan is from an Ella May Davidson negative, circa 1912-20.
Many cars in this era had split windshields like this, presumably to regulate the flow of air while you’re driving. I own a car with a windshield just like this, and I cannot figure out why they would position the windshield like you see in this image.
Oh, and welcome to post #3000 on Historic Hood River! We technically reached the 3000th post last week if you count “reruns” but this is #3000 excluding those. Arthur, the car is most likely a 1915 to 1922 Hudson Model 6 40 2 Pass Roadster.
The shape of the logo embossed on the wheel axle cover is really close to the Hudson hood/radiator logo outline.

Registration records show Ella May Davidson owned a 1919 Hupmobile Roadster. I think she was showing it off.

"Miss Mae Davidson has purchased a Hupmobile runabout. Her brother H. F. Davidson, has just bought a new Studebaker touring car. When he leaves about June 1 for Europe he will accompany Mr. Davidson and daughter, Miss Helen, as far as California where they will spend several weeks touring and visiting friends."

I’m up at the upper end of the Columbia (Chelan area) and I’m glad I stumbled onto this site. I think I visited the 1st time 4-5 years ago.
