Notes
There are 18 main stem dams on the Columbia River/ Snake River system. I thought this would be easy to identify, but I can’t figure it out. Can you identify it? My guess is this is a construction view of the foundation of a dam.

First I thought McNary but I am not sure the rocks on the right are that high.
