I think it’s further north than Fir Mountain Road. It must have been taken from a hilltop, and there isn’t a hill just west of Fir Mtn. Road. The prominent “peak” just left of center looks like the current location of the cell phone tower. I think the photo was taken from Van Horn Butte, which would make that Eastside Road & the big red barn & craftsman house (hidden in the trees left of the barn) just north of the Pine Grove school.
