Notes

We have a set of negatives which seem to be from a museum open house in the 1950s. I am guessing this is when the Historical Society moved the collection into the basement of the county courthouse. I like looking through these images to see what artifacts I can recognize. There are some items which I have run across at our present location, and others which I don’t recognize. Some may have been lost to time, but more likely they are deeper in our archives, waiting for some future exhibit.

The man at center left, facing the woman with her back to the camera, looks very much like Mace Baldwin.
