This Alan Winans image certainly captures the moment.  We can guess this must be the crowing of the king and queen at the Wyeast High School prom, circa 1952.  The decoration of the gymnasium and the group of chaperones to the left are perfect for the era and the event.  Any IDs, Wyeast grads?
