Yes, this table obviously looks like a weathered, year round resident of Lost Lake.
I wonder what radio stations they were able to pick up. With Mr. Day’s interest in electricity, it is not surprising he would have the latest inventions. A comment was made at the HR weather site that this is a Vacuum Tube radio.
Those cedar? trees provided shade and furniture.

Resting up for the next meal she will probably have to prepare, after cleaning the fish, etc. Fishermen are that way. This scene does look relaxing.

With a little imagination you could imagine her as a small forest creature taking a nap and waiting for her fellow creatures to come home for her delicious home cooked meal. Not much in the way of bubble baths for her; a down to earth woman who cooked and cooked and cleaned and cleaned and was known for her delicious pies and biscuits.

I did see a tin of "Spry" (like Crisco) in one shot, so maybe nels is right about the pies and biscuits. My childhood camping experiences always involved a healthy dose of pine needles and dirt in each meal. I still have a scar from a flaming marshmallow.
