This group of prominent Hood River residents gathered at the Bert Stranahan home to celebrate Mrs. Stranahan’s 76th birthday in 1914. We have most of the people identified:

Mrs. O. L. Stranahan was Adelia Stranahan, first postmistress of Hood River. We’ve seen Oscar and Adelia Stranahan’s beautiful house on 12th Street in the Heights in this post.

I think it is quite admirable that Mrs. Stranahan can sit on the ground like that at age 76.
