This one from Pansy DeWitt’s album must be from a parade. The car is advertising the “Hotel Oregon” aka “Hotel Waucoma”. It seems to be turning right from Cascade onto Second Street, right in front of the Hotel Oregon. That’s the Gerdes Hotel across the street, now site (sight?) of the Eyeglass Store.

My guess is a cow or bull. It appears to have horns.
