Novel piece of equipment, I look forward to transportation related posts. Arthur and this site are much appreciated connections to the past.

Looks like the east wind is still blowing snow.
I can remember a large piece of equipment sitting outside our house and working for two days on a 20 foot snow drift. I don’t know if it looked like this one and I don’t know where it put the snow. In the late 60’s they used a machine like this with a blower but I can’t remember where they blew the snow.
The way my memory is going, it is a good thing there are photographs.

Two rock cliffs close together in the background. Should be a site some old timers could identify on the Columbia River highway.
