Local Legends: Hood River History Talks at the Lightwell Hotel.Professor Emeritus, Geology at Portland State University Scott Burns will give a talk titled, “Rock and Roll: the Dynamic Geology of the Gorge”.

Presentations will be from 6 to 7:30pm with about 20 minutes after for questions.

The events will be at the Lightwell in the Columbia Room, next to the lobby. The room holds 40 and has both a screen and projector for presentations.

A special extended happy hour at the hotel is 3pm – 6pm.
