This one has one scratching my head. Scrofula is apparently a lymph node condition caused by tuberculosis, so I’m not sure about the reference to an hereditary condition. A product called “SSS” still exists. It is a liquid iron supplement for anemia. I’m not sure how the two are connected.

I’m not sure I would tell people I had Scrofula. Sounds like a scratchy head disease.
I remember the Geritol adds. A liquid iron supplement for anemia.
A lot of tired mothers and housewives were taking it.
I don’t know if they were cured after 6 bottles.
