Notes

This Ford F5 fire truck representing the Pine Grove Fire District is one of my favorite vehicles in the annual July 4th parade. This photo is from 2008. I’m guessing the truck is a 1949 or 1950, but I’m sure someone will know all the details.

Not sure what year the Ford is, but I do know that the older gentleman taking pictures against the light pole is Mas Ogawa. He served in the West Side Fire Department for over 50 years as a volunteer. He was a great man who passed away this last year.

This looks like about a 1948 Ford truck.

Mas was a person with a camera in hand always …. perhaps a great resource for period photos no doubt. Does anyone know of any family ?

The driver, to me, looks a lot like Steve Bickford. Not saying that it is though….
