Here’s Alva Day with his colleagues at Pacific Power and Light. He looks pretty young, so I think this is the 1920s. Also note this isn’t the PP&L Building at 4th and Oak Street. The address is “112”, but your Mystery Monday task is to figure out what street it is on. We have a second clue, as an HHR reader has provided a photo of this same building at a later date with offices of Firestone.
Check out the nice vacuum cleaner, coffee urns and lamp. The sign to the left promises “A Morning of the New Era.”

Looks like the young, good looking guy on the left, has been climbing up and down treated power poles.

I think it is 112 3rd Street, part of the Heilbronner Building.

Both the First National Bank and the Heilbronner building on 3rd Street have shops that look like this on the ground floor. I assumed this was in the Heilbronner building, where #112 is today, but we have one photo in the museum which has a view down 3rd, and you can see a projecting sign which says "Power and Light" coming out of the First National Bank building roughly where Flow Yoga is today. In other words, I think @OrMtnMaid is correct, and the street numbers may have changed over the century.

The February 20,1920 issue of the Hood River Glacier displays an Pacific Power & Light Co. advertisement for Thor Electric Washers using the store address of 112 Third St.
In the April 1,1920 edition of the Hood River Glacier the Pacific Power & Light Co. advertisement for Ohio-Tuec Electric Cleaners gives location of the Pacific Power & Light office being in the First Nat’l Bank Bldg.
The City of Hood River finding itself in the water supply business opened a water office in the First National Bank Building in October, 1911. The office was located between the barber shop and the office of Dr. W.S Nichol. This from the October 12, 1911 issue of the Hood River Glacier.

The American Power & Light Co., of New York bought the Hood River Light & Power Co., owning light, power and water properties at Hood River near the beginning of 1911. The American Power & Light Co. controlled Pacific Power & Light and other companies in the area.
