Notes
This is part of a panoramic view of Oak Street from 3rd, dated 1913. You can see the WCTU fountain on the south side of the street. I think we’ve only seen one other view of it, though I can’t seem to find it now. [Here it is]
The entire panorama includes only two automobiles (none visible here). A 1915 view shows the street paved and a 50/50 mix of automobiles and horse-drawn wagons.

The panoramic camera makes Oak Street look especially narrow, and many of these buildings are gone. The first building on the left was removed for the Butler Bank Building. The building just past the First National Bank was a theater, which is now an open plaza, and all the buildings west of it are long gone.

Okay, that fountain was there when I was growing up, but greatly altered. Just a plain, basic drinking fountain.
Also note there is no clock on what would be the bank building.
