I had two of those punch bowl sets. I kept the bowls but sent those miserable glass cups to the Salvation Army.

The Middleswart girls are the daughters of Clarence Elbert or Bert Middleswart and Frances Isabelle or Belle Doble. Patricia Cornett was the daughter of Marguerite or Rita Middleswart Reilly, b. 1899, d. 1971. Clarice Middleswart Gregory, b. 1901, d. 2003. Sylvia Middleswart Halliday, b. 1908, d. 2006. Alice Middleswart Jones, b. 1911, d. ?

This is in the basement of the Presbyterian brown church on "Main Street"-

The church was WWII surplus There is one like it on Angel Island in San Francisco Bay.
I was told that the Parkdale folks drove to medford, put the disassembled church on a flat bed truck or two and then brought it back to Parkdale and assembled it.
