The 1950 census shows J. Cooper living on Baseline road from crossing of Old Dee Parkdale highway, at crossing on left (going west from the crossing). Using Google Earth that house does not appear to match the house in the picture.

Maybe it’s the house that strawberries built. In 1955 he produced over 60,000 pounds on six acres. Lovely home.

That is the home of Paul Klindt. Klindt’s bought the farm from the coopers in 1963 after being forced to sell the property that is now the port property in the dalles. This picture is of the south side and still looks the same
