Morganne dug this 1941 bicycle license out of the archives at the History Museum for today’s “Morganne’s Monday”. We’re not sure what the motivation was for bicycle licensing or how long those rules were on the books. If your memory goes back that far let us know!

As a bike rider in the 1950s I have no memory of a license requirement in HR….must have been a short-lived requirement (or another memory issue?). And thanks again to Morganne for digging!
