I feel like I posted this Joe Young fire department image before but I can’t find it. It’s a great view of a period breathing apparatus. I’m not sure how the moose relates to the fire department.

I’m sure someone can readily identify that mountain range – I can’t, but I do see what is likely Elk Meadows in upper left of smaller photos.

The mountains are identified in the upper margin of the photo, but at our resolution pixelates when zoomed in. Perhaps Arthur can read it better on the original scan.
What’s between the words "Battleship" and "Oregon"? Perhaps a piece of the Ol’ Girl when scrapped for second war effort?
