BUILT IN 1909 at 1213 WILSON STREET.
AS OF THIS DATE Oct.1978 it is a parking lot for super market.
Posed of front step the Girl was Alice the boys Francis “Pat” Charles “Jack” and Ray. Sister Mabel is standing with Dad. Mother was on the front porch.
This house had a lot of new ideas, such as Electric Lites, Inside Plumbing and twin wash tubs. Also one of the first Electric Irons. It required 6 heating stoves plus Kichen range for heating. We had sleeping accomadations for 16 people and it was often

Stranahan & Slavens had an early HR construction company.
It was interesting reading through HR Glacier articles about some of their construction projects, many of which are still standing today.
The April 07, 1921 P12 issue has an article listing some of their homes, businesses and school projects including Park Street School.
I am curious why we don’t see any chimneys in today’s photo if there were seven stoves??
