I took this photo of Jeff Blackman driving an e-cart in the 2012 4th of July parade. Jeff was teaching high school science at the time and was known for introducing his students to electric vehicle technology. Can anyone identify the student?
I think the cart is decorated like a tank. Maybe Jeff can fill us in on the details.
