This is one of many images in the Bernard Warren bio file at the museum. Very few of the images actually indicate the subject, but I think there is a good chance this is the elder Mr. Warren as a young man.
Bernard Warren was an 1877 pioneer of Hood River. We saw his home here.
According to his 1903 obituary in the Hood River Glacier, he was born in Northern Ireland, lived as a boy in Scotland, and came to the United States at age 21.

One source says the Frankton school was dismissed for Mr. Warren’s service our of respect for an old pioneer who took an interest in the school.
