Is it Halloween? A community theater production of “Beauty and the Beast” or “The Hunchback of Notre Dame?” We’ll probably never know, but I believe this is the back door of the Thomson house at 9th and Cascade. That might be Dora Belle and George Thomson, but it’s hard to be sure.
