We saw this image of Allen’s Cash Store in Odell way back in 2011. The scan was from a photocopy, but it was all we had in our archives. Imagine my surprise when someone came to the museum with the original glass negative of this image. She kindly let me scan it and gave us permission to share it with you.
This image of Mr. Allen is so rich that I need to show you several detailed views. I think you have to download it to see them in full resolution.
And yes, they do have Prince Albert in a can.
