Notes
The Bradley print shop provided Hood River residents with newspapers, books, and decorative prints for their homes. Materials in the window hint at a photograph date at the very start of the 20th century. There is a book on the Galveston Flood from the great hurricane of 1900, and a retrospective on the 19th Century.
The shop was located on Oak Street between Second and Third. The building is gone. In fact, it was moved from this location, which will be the subject of a future post. Here’s the approximate location.
