There’s no copyright date on this image, but it bears the stamp "Frank Patterson Stereo-Photographer, Hood River Oregon".
Patterson worked in Hood River from sometime before 1910 to about 1920.

Frank Patterson was born in Klickitat, WA. I don’t know if that means the town or the county.
