Here’s Dale Wonsyld with a tricycle and a pipe. I believe this is at his home in Dee, circa 1936. We previously saw a photo of his father, Ed Wonsyld. A group of Wonsyld descendants dropped by the museum last week to help me identify the people in photos from this collection.

I had a tricycle like that! It was blue. When I was a kid, you could buy candy cigarettes. I can remember imitating my dad smoking.

I can remember buying candy cigs and pipes when I was a kid, and that was in the 80’s! The cigarettes you could blow the flour out to look like smoke.
What do you suppose all that stuff in the background is? Bark piles?
