Five years ago we debated the details of this image showing Teddy Roosevelt’s 1903 visit to Portland.  I completely forgot we also had this unattributed negative in the collection.  This is from the same collection as yesterday’s post, which we have linked at least partially to Fritz Rosiger.  It’s not a perfect negative, but how many images do we have showing a presidential horse-cade?
