Is it a scooter or a wagon? Does it matter? It can steer, be towed, it’s got room to haul all your toys to your friend’s house, and it’s even got a springy thing to take it to the next level. The lucky boy is George Leonard Thomson, son of Dora Belle and George W. Thomson, at their house on 9th and Cascade. He was born in January 1906, so I’ll guess this is between 1910 and 1913.

What an adorable little boy. Is the house on Cascade still there? Looks like there is Rhubarb growing in the flower bed right behind the rear wheel.
