Looks like they’re on the east slope of Cooper Spur, just below the crest. Mostly alpenstocks, though I think I see a couple ice axes in there, too..?

I just learned from my mother that she was Legion Climb Princess and climbed Mt. Hood with the Alpinees as a junior in high school, probably in 1951.
