This is a view of the construction of the fill for Twelfth Street where it crosses Indian Creek in the Heights. You can see the back of the bleachers at the ball field on the corner of 12th and Belmont, as well as the Hubbard Taylor Feed Store on the other side of Belmont. The foreground is a winch to help with the project. I don’t see a boiler, so perhaps it is has powered.
